Debrief Last Week’s Practice (15 mins):

  1. How did last week's practice go? Were you able to share your possessions with someone? What happened?

  2. Did you learn anything new? Was it easy or difficult? Is this an area where it's easy to follow Jesus or more challenging for you?

Discussion (30 mins):

  1. Watch this Bible Project video. What stands out to you?

  2. Read this week’s practice together. What stands out to you?

  3. Jesus seemed to link love for him and love for the poor in an inseparable way. Why do you think that is?

  4. Do you think it's possible to love God and not love the poor and vulnerable? Why or why not?

  5. Who are the people in your life that God is calling you to love?

  6. What are the needs in our city, in the lives of people we know, and those around us?

  7. How can you practically love your neighbor this week?

Prayer (15 mins):

Spend some time praying together. Pray that God would help you love those in need. Pray that God would help you practically love like he loves.
